Technical support engineer (Load&Haul)

Job description:

• Technical support for sales of load & haul equipment for underground segment (may include providing leads, assisting on sales calls, making presentations, providing training, providing competitive intelligence, etc…)

   

• Develop Technical presentations for the commercial use of company’s Distributors

   

• Carrying out of technical negotiations with the customer.

   

• Introduction of new products and the phasing out of old products.

   

• Assist with the compilation of quotations, tender documentation, pricing strategies, and the supply of marketing material to support sales efforts.

   

• Visits key customers in conjunction with the sales team to provide in depth product knowledge. This will include development of customer relationships with key clients and to help the aftermarket teams to develop their business needs.

   

• Take part  in preparing  technical and commercial offers, subject to the individual production requirement

   

• Manage and reviews the information collated by the Regional PLM, ensuring that product performance levels and specifications meet customer requirements

   

• Provide technic support for service engineers

   

Requirements to candidates:

• Mining/ Technical education

   

• Basic mining knowledges

   

• Good communication skills & team player

   

• Ability to go on business trips in Russia and abroad

   

• Analytical abilities

   

• Good English (technical, written - mandatory)
